We have it all
The Otautau Hotel has it all! A modern newly renovated bar and restaurant serving pub meals 7 days from 11am. Experience great food from an extensive menu, hot stone pizzas, gaming machines, TAB, and Liquor Centre.
Takeaway and catering
The diverse menu is a large part of the hotel’s recent developments. The hotel used to serve an average of 100 meals a week, but it now serves between 350-400 pub meals every week as well as offering takeaways and off-site catering options.
Extensive menu
The extensive menu is family-friendly and offers something for everyone, including bar snacks, children’s meals, hearty southern meals and homemade desserts. Portion sizes are generous and receive favourable feedback. The menu changes seasonally to include treats such as whitebait patties and bluff oysters when in season, and these prove popular with the diners throughout the Western Southland region. By far the biggest draw card on the menu is the freshly prepared Stewart Island Blue Cod.
